Service Fabric Standalone Cluster with TCP Port

I am looking for a freelancer to help me set up a Service Fabric Standalone Cluster with TCP Port on my Windows server. I have specific requirements for the configuration of the TCP Port.

I have a Cluster on Azure with VNet and Load Balancer with custom TCP port to communicate with the application.

Cluster of course is secured by certificate.

I need similar setup on a dedicated server to reduce the cost.
