Server update and setup

I am in need of a freelancer to update and set up my server. This project requires a specialist in Windows servers. The server update will specifically be geared towards enhancing security on the server. Additionally, I'm not sure what software/tools to install on the server, so I'm looking for recommendations from the freelancer.
