Server management - Raid and Array, HDD/SSD

I have a ProLiant ML310e Gen8 v2 server with raid.
It is 8 holes/slots for harddrives 2,5 inch.
1 and 2 has
600 GB HDD 10 000 rpm
8 has
1 TB HDD 7000 rpm
All these are used and older HDD.
i have a brand new small SSD 240 GB.
I am not in need for a lot of harddrive space.
Now windows server 2022 is running at the slowest1TB HDD.
The two faster 600 GB HDD is not in use at all, no array created.
I would prefer to run Windows at the faster SSD, not at all in the server at the moment.
If no good solution, the two 600 GB HDD that is faster would at least be better to use for windows?
In both cases use any of the other HDD as backup and storage if needed in future.
I need consulation and recommendation how to do the best setup.
And then we now best setup, I need clear instructions how to do it, tranfering data and safe changed drivers, arrays etc)
(I can just use 3 harddrives in total since no more parts to put them in)
