Server 2016 Issue

In my customer's server 2016 domain environment, I am unable to connect new computers to the domain using the computerconnector. I can add manually but the PC's don't show in the pool to assign them to a user for remote access. Additionally, this may or may not be related, the PC's in the pool show as offline even though they are not. The connector worked in the past but is not working now.
