I am in need of a skilled server administrator to assist with my Windows server. The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:

- Installation and setup
- Maintenance and monitoring
- Security and troubleshooting

The project needs to be completed within 4 months, and will involve a variety of tasks. Some of the specific tasks that I require assistance with include:

- Configuring the server for optimal performance
- Setting up backups and disaster recovery plans
- Monitoring server performance and addressing any issues that arise
- Implementing security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Windows Powershell
- Automation
