Seamless DHCP Server Upgrade

I'm looking for an experienced network administrator to assist in migrating our current DHCP services from an outdated Windows Server 2008 R2 setup to a new Windows Server 2019 environment.
Key Requirements & Skills:
- Thorough understanding of DHCP server roles.
- Proven experience with Windows Server 2008 R2 and 2019.
- Ability to configure and replicate DHCP scope settings.
What I Need:
- Migration of existing IP reservations to the 2019 server.
- Transfer of all current scope options meticulously.
- Preservation and reconfiguration of DNS settings associated with DHCP.
