Script for windows server

I have nearly 50 servers i want to restrict the local administrator account as below restrictions so i want to get the detailed info of local administrator account before restrict them whether the account is using any of the below tasks such as to find if the account is using anywhere for logon as service, logon as job and etc..

Restrictions :
Denay access to this computer from the network.
Denay logon as batch job
Denay Logn as service
Denay logon through remote desktop service
