SQL Server Access & Login Troubleshooting

My server application that was once successfully working now can't seem to get my client applications to find/login to the SQL Server. It's Wasp Time 7, running on SQL Server 2005, hosted on Windows Server 2012. The client workstations run Windows 10. While I had to reinstall it on the server, it has not been operational since. My current SQL Server installed is the 2005 version.
As for any modifications after the reinstall, they're unsure. It could be possible, but I'm unable to confirm.
One recurring issue that is apparent, however, are specific error messages displaying when the client applications attempt to login to the SQL server.
