Running an .exe on a windows server -- 2

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me run an .exe file on an existing Windows server. The exe was created using Electron and we need it to start on a windows server on reboot, even before the admin user has logged in. This exe runs a restaurant critical service and the computer where the server is installed is prone to shutting and rebooting during operations. We need our exe to start as soon as the computer restarts. I may need assistance configuring some services related to this project. I am open to any solutions that would make running the .exe on the server more efficient. The freelancer must have experience working with servers and setting up the services to ensure a successful project.
