Resolve Error message in Google Drive Backup

I am trying to backup my entire computer to google drive using the Google drive desktop app.
I am consistently getting an error message every time I try that says either "Can’t sync C:\Users\... because it contains configuration files which can’t be uploaded." or "Can’t add folder. To add C:\Users\...\Desktop, change your content cache path."
If you know what the issue is and can fix it via Team Viewer (or something similiar) please answer me ASAP.
