REDM Server Setup and Configuration

I am looking for a professional with experience in setting up REDM servers to undertake some tasks on a Windows environment.
- You will be expected to perform script installation, server configuration, and whitelisting setup.
- The server should be optimized to support <50 players simultaneously.
- For this task, familiarity with Windows server environments and prior experience in setting up and maintaining servers is required. Practical knowledge in performance tuning to handle multiplayer sessions on REDM servers would be a plus.
-I would like a system in place where admins can easily install storefronts, move npc locations for secret markets and a player driven server where there are many actions that the game involves like farming, mining, drug crafting, tobacco crafting, blacksmith crafting, horse growth/progression. Moonshine production along with drug usage and explicit themes and options like rockstar has in place. Jobs that are made with roles and wages for the employees. A realistic food system where there are recipes for ingredients.
-Most importantly a universal crafting system
-Housing for characters
-Some custom Hideouts/MLO's installed
