RDS Doesn't work

I have 2 Windows Server 2019 with RDS and I have two different problems. The first one, We can't connect to the server with Remote Desktop and the second We only can connect with 2 account and after 60minutes the connection drops.

Booth server has CAL Licences and RDS Services active.
