Orthophos XG & Sidexis Setup

I already have Sidexis 4.3 running on a Windows Server and need an experienced technician to complete the installation and configuration of an Orthophos XG unit so that images flow seamlessly to the software on both the server and one-to-two Windows workstations.
You will:
• Install the Orthophos XG drivers and any required acquisition modules on the server.
• Configure Sidexis 4.3 to recognise the X-ray sensor, assign the correct LAN settings, and store studies in the existing database path.
• Roll out the same configuration to up to one client PC verifying that each can acquire and view images without lag or data loss.
• Run a live test capture from the sensor, confirming that images appear instantly inside Sidexis and are saved to the patient record.
• Document the steps so I can replicate the setup if hardware is replaced in future.
Sidexis is fully licensed and operational; no extra antivirus, backup, or other utilities are required for this job. Remote access (TeamViewer/AnyDesk) can be provided immediately, and I’m ready to schedule a short call to supply IP ranges, login credentials, and any practice-specific preferences before you begin.
