Novell DHCP -> Windows 2012 R2 DHCP

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist with migrating our Novell DHCP server to Windows 2012 R2 DHCP. The current system is outdated and we are looking to upgrade.
We have a Novell DNS/DHCP Server (running on Windows) which I want to move to Windows DNS/DHCP Server. I have exported the configuration of the Novell Client Software and I am asking whether you can work with it to install the Windows 2012 R2 DNS/DHCP Server?
I can provide VPN (using forticlient) + Administrator Login to old and new server.
