Network security specialist

I am looking for a network security specialist to give advice on firewall, antivirus software, VPN. I am using one windows 2022 server as file server and another windows 2022 server as RDP server for remote access. We use EnGenius router with firewall capability. We use Windows Security and Windows Defender only for antivirus protection.
Recently, two computers including file server were hit by Enmity ransomware. RDP server was intact and firewall log seems to be clean. We suspect one employee may accidently downloaded someone bad which caused issue but not sure. Within 2-3 days, we need to implement something to prevent issues from happening. So please bid only when you can do this project within 2 days.
