Network & ASP.NET Assistance

I look after the entire IT stack for my company in Sri Lanka—everything from the switches and firewalls to the in-house web apps. Although I handle most of it myself, I now need a reliable partner to step in so I can keep pace with new projects.

My first priority is network management. I need an extra set of expert hands to fine-tune our current setup, track down bottlenecks, harden configurations, and keep day-to-day performance solid. Firewalls and virus-guard tools are already in place; your focus will be on the network layer itself—routing, VLANs, traffic analysis, and proactive monitoring.

At the same time, I develop in several languages, with ASP.NET being the platform I’m concentrating on right now. If you’re comfortable reviewing C# code, building small modules, or advising on best practices inside Visual Studio, that will make collaboration much smoother.

Typical environment
• Windows Server, SQL Server, and Hyper-V
• Mix of Cisco and MikroTik devices
• Visual Studio, Git, and IIS for deployments

Deliverables I expect
• A clear action plan for stabilizing and optimizing the network
• Hands-on configuration or remote guidance to implement that plan
• Occasional code reviews or lightweight feature work in ASP.NET (as tasks arise)
• Brief documentation outlining what was changed and why, so I can maintain it later
