Need help to mirror my running portal into the Tor network.

To increase my customer reach I would like to mirror my running portal (programmed in C# .net core) to the Tor network as well. Since my portal is currently hosted via Windows Shared Plan and I don't have my own dedicated Windows VPS server, I got myself a suitable PC for this purpose on which Tor is installed and from which the portal should be mirrored to the Tor network. Thats it.
