Need help in installing sql which is currently throwing errors

we are having windows server and we asked our server company to install windows 2017 standard edition but they have mistakenly installed windows 2017 express edition.we uninstalled the 2017 express edition and then tried to install 2017 standard edition but it is not working and throwing errors.we need this to be fixed immediately on urgent basis so we are looking for someone who can take this and start work on it immediately.Please bid only if you know to fix the issue we have shortage of time.
