Need to Setup Remote Desktop

I need to set up a remote desktop for my employees where they can access the premium web-based 3rd party apps/tools without using the app's credentials. We will create server-based logins for them and using the same they will be able to access the tools. I would like you to tell me how exactly you do that. The guidance will be part of the job. Thanks
