Moving Windows Server (Windows Server admin)

I am moving a server (running on Windows server) to another datacenter
I need a Windows server expertise to help me change my IP, reconfigure Dotnetpanel/websitepanel, SQL, Client accounts, etc. as there is still a few active client in the server. A one-off job that eventually will lead to termination & shutdown by Nov (3 months later) as I intend to move them to Linux server. Reason being the windows server is getting old, and no longer wish to provide support / service for Windows hosting.
I need a windows server admin experience, somebody who had experience on handling older version of windows hosting server to do this for me. Remote desktop & KVM access is available to work on albeit slower on KVM.
