Microsoft cloud network setup

I am looking for someone to help us set up a Microsoft cloud network. Our preferred cloud service is Office 365, and we need help with configuring the network and setting up authentication and security as well. We have limited experience in this area so an experienced freelancer would be ideal. The right person should have experience with Microsoft cloud solutions and be familiar with setting up networks and authentication.
