Local Student Response System

My students have chromebooks and I run a windows computer in my classroom. I would like to be able to send out questions to my students to their devices via a webpage that I will host on my computer via Microsoft IIS. I would like a small Host app to run on my computer and a client side webpage that students can access via my webserver.
