Lets-Encrypt free SSL/TLS server for MailEnable (v.10.48)

I'm seeking urgent improvements for my MailEnable (v.10.48) email server.
Mail server installation exists and works fine without SSL/TLS.
Server is Windows 2019, access allowed via AnyDesk (or Teamviewer)
Main task:
- install certificate into mailserver,
- allow mail-client to use it which all protocols (POP/IMAP/SMTP)
Optional task (no need much time):
- help me to set "timeout" of webmail access (it seems that now a session is unlimited)
- help me to understand how I can customize webmail access if the mail server is configured to answer to more than one domain.
