LOOKING FOR EXPERT ON MULTIPOINT SERVER 2012 & HYPVER V

My client is having issue with the remote login issue access data outside the network from home to office,
The previous IT Personnel gave them ip of the server and user and password, they don't have physical access to the server, the previous it person said it was hosted on Hypver server 2012 essential., they connect to Multipoint server 2012 to their server 2012
I need the person to resolve this asap and will have other jobs.
