Intranet site for employees

We would need fully functional web INTRANET site.
locally we own servers with Domain controller, Exchange server and now IIS on site. we would like to make portal for employees with windows credentials so we can share files (with each persons credentials), make global calendar, have poll and have news sector.
The architecture is windows based. And all servers are Windows.
Login on the site should be automatically with windows credentials.
