Internet Connection error Windows 10 VPS

Hi,
I have hosted a VPS system (hostingprovider Contabo) and was able to use it for a long time. But since a couple of days I can't login with Remote Desktop. The only way i am able to connect to the server is by using VNC viewer.
After connected with VNC I discovered a new problem. The machine doesn't have a working connection with internet. Maybe that is also the reason that remote desktop isn't working anymore.
Now, remote desktop is not the biggest problem. But having no connection (and so no possibility to save my files) is the real problem.
I also think that I maybe know what caused this problem. I had some problems with Surfshark (VPN) and on advice of the support desk of Surfshark I did a reset of the network. Since then, i had problems. See also added photo.
I hope someone can login by using VNC Viewer and can restore the internet connection.
