Implement dynamic IP access to my server at my home

The objective of this project is to implement the dynamic IP services of Dyndns.org/Or other similar service- in my router and the server such that any external reference to asis-e.net will find the web application in my server. I have to be able to setup dyndns/or other similar service such that it will use my own domain http://www.asis-e.net instead of the domain prefixes provided by dyndns/or other service.
