IEC60870-5-104 Windows Server Setup
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I need an engineer who already feels at home with the IEC60870-5-104 telemetry stack to build and fine-tune a Windows-based server that will stream real-time data from our power-plant generators. The job is centred on live monitoring, so low latency, reliable packet handling and solid time-stamping are critical.
You will install, configure and secure the server, connect it to the existing generator IEDs, and prove that the data flows continuously to the SCADA front-end without drops or mismatches. Please include parameter tuning (t0, t1, t2, k, w, etc.), TLS or VPN set-up if you normally deploy it, and clear operator documentation.
Acceptance criteria
• Generator measurements visible on the supervisor console with ≤1 s delay
• All test points pass IEC conformance diagnostics and survive a 48-hour soak
• Handover package: config files, step-by-step restart guide and a short troubleshooting checklist
If this sounds routine to you, let’s get started.
