Help to setup Wamp server so that it can be accessable from mobile connected to same network

I am looking for someone who can help me set up a WAMP server on a Windows operating system so that it can be accessed from a mobile phone connected to the same network. This would mainly be used for web development, but I would also like to use it for database storage and storing files. I need someone who is experienced in setting up Windows servers and with the WAMP software, so that the server is secure and able to be accessed without any problems. Thanks.
