Help recover a SQL Server Express database from an overwritten Windows Server 2016 Standard partition

Got hit with ransomware, wiped the server and reinstalled Server 2016 on top. Installed latest Windows updates. Found that the last good sql backup is 6 weeks old. Trying to see if we can recover a SQL Server Express database from the deleted partition. Currently doing a deep scan with Recuva, 2MM+ files found, still scanning. Is there hope?
