Help Fixing Error On Windows Server

We are running some HTML webpages as well as app backend from a Windows Server, but neither I nor the other devs managing it know Windows Server well. Recently, we have gotten errors regarding JSON problems, both in the app and when trying to open webpages. Since we don't know Windows Server well, we don't know how to fix this problem.
We need a dev who understands Windows Server who can quickly go in, assess the problem, and fix it. Things were working fine a few days ago and suddenly stopped working from yesterday.
