Hacking using WIndows -- 2

Please help, I disable all the sharing I could find. There are other users on my Linux mint. The firewall is not working blocking the ports. Samba is not installed; I disabled all the sharing, but when I do a netstat, there is a bunch of connections using https. Under Networks. a file that says Windows Networks is there. I need someone to remove the file and secure my system
