GIT/SVN expert who can setup in windows platform

I am looking for a GIT/SVN expert who can help me set up the version control system on a Windows platform.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in both GIT and SVN
- Experience in setting up version control systems on Windows
- Ability to provide full control access and control for collaborative work and backup tracking purposes

Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of GIT or SVN
- Knowledge of Windows platform and its compatibility with version control systems
- Experience in setting up and configuring version control systems for collaborative work and backup tracking
- Configuring client to have limited access
