Fix shutdown/hibernation issue with Windows server

Our Windows Server 2016 Standard Version 10.0.14393 Build 14393 is going in some sort of standby/hibernation mode every now and then. We have to manually press the shutdown & reset button to restart the server.
We want to know what the problem was, so please report when finding the issue. Please only apply if you have experience with Windows Server.
