Fix Windows Server 2016 Standard boot issue
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We have a Windows Server 2016 running on HP Proliant 360. a few days ago crashed after one of the RAID drives failed. After we replaced the drive Windows booted into an "Automatic repair" loop. Using CMD I disabled automatic recovery, fixed drive signatures, and restored DEFAULT, SYSTEM, SOFTWARE, SECURITY, SAM files from RegBack.
Since then, it's booting into a black screen with error 0XC0000221 (screenshot attached).
I have tried everything including, chkdsk, sfc /scannow, startup repair, safe mode (won't get to safe mode), Lasesoft fixing tools, checked the drives for errors etc. etc.
I am looking for someone that can fix this error and get the server to boot normally. All files are backed up we just don't want to install the services and programs from scratch.
For easier troubleshooting, I have cloned the server's logical drive to an SSD and mounted it to my PC into a VM. The cloned drive is bootable and the error is the same.
