Fix SCCM co-management issue

I am in need to setting up co-management between my SCCM on prem environment and my MEM tenant, my clients are syncing across to Intune due to using AD connect and they are being synced as hybrid join, I have enabled co-management in my SCCM server but MDM authority is still not coming up and it is displaying "None", see screenshot attached
