Fix OpenVPN server setting on Windows Server 2012r2

We have tried to install OpenVPN server on Windows Server 2012r2 following this webpage.

But at the end, the VPN client could not connect to the server. We need you to help fix this issue.
We also tried to install the default VPN server on Windows Server 2012r2, but it does not work either after all tries.
So, we just need a working VPN server!
The work should be done remotely using anydesk.
