Fix OVH server to work with virtualization and emulators

Hello I have a bare metal server from OVH. I also have a Windows Server 2022 Standard license.
The server has virtualization so I need to enable hyper V and run emulators on it.
I'm not sure if Windows Server 2022 is the issue. I have a custom iso created from Windows Media Creation Tool.
