Fix IIS Memory Issue

I have a file processing project that is complete and works fine on My computer. The Computer is 16GB 4cores.
Once the project is deployed on the server, with same memory space and 2 cores. I get system out of memory error. Task Manager shows memory usage by IIS work process 99% that when the error happens. I need to make sure that the memory usage get reduced to make it works on the server as it works on the PC.
