Hello,
We have a Windows 2019 dedicated server running the Chinese messaging Line app. For some reason, the Line app and Telegram on this specific server started getting an error when trying to send image or video files through the Line App. When sending image or video files the progress stops at 0%. Since both apps are affected and it is only this server we believe it is server related not app related.
We will provide Admin RDP access to the selected provider.
