IT Expert to Setup a Virtual Desktop/DaaS

Hello. I am looking for an expert who can guide me to setup a Desktop as a Service. It will be a Windows 10 pro based platform. Specifically I need help with setting up policy to restrict user access, ensure security, setup Active Directory, RDS, etc.

I will be doing this myself, only looking for guidance - through Zoom.
