DC Exchange and Server 2025

I upgraded to Windows from 2019- 2022 to Windows 2025
I upgraded On Prem Exchange first and got errors in Exchange& Outlook.
I upgraded one of my DC to 2025 and have more errors.
Need to install 2025 on one more DC, (instal fails) or create new DC and then work through errors.
Exchange not syncing with desktop Outlook. Emails are being received and sent on Mobile App.
