Docuware Migration without API

I need help migrating an existing Docuware stored on a Windows server to a new system. Due to licensing issues, I cannot access the Docuware API for this purpose. The new system already exists and has API to call to handover the document and associated metadata through API. The existing documents on the Docuware are primarily in .tiff format.
