Deploy windows Hello. Approximately 130 on-premises AD domain joined user accounts need to be enabled with Windows Hello for business.

We are looking for deploying Windows Hello for business to implement Pin based authentication for our On-premises Windows 2016 environment.
We will be staying on Hybrid mode with Office 365 along with 2 Domain Controllers. we are on VM ware infrastructure and would like to implement this feature by this month.
