Dell DD9900 Setup & Support

I have a brand-new Dell EMC Data Domain DD9900 that must be brought online in a mixed Linux and Windows Server environment. Nothing has been written to the appliance yet, so you can start clean and apply best-practice layout from the very first block.
The job covers the full life-cycle: rack-and-stack (remotely guided), initial DDOS install or upgrade, network and Fibre Channel zoning, and the detailed configuration that makes the box useful—DD Boost, NFS/CIFS shares, MTree creation, retention policies, and optional replication. Once those pieces are in place I need at least one successful backup-and-restore cycle demonstrated from both a Linux host and a Windows host. If any errors surface during or after the build, I’ll rely on you to dig into CLI diagnostics, review logs, and get the system to a healthy, green state.
Deliverables
• DD9900 installed with the latest stable DDOS version
• Storage pools, DD Boost, and shares configured for both OS families
• Test backups and restores completed and verified
• A concise run-book documenting every command and setting
• Short post-go-live troubleshooting window to catch any lingering issues
