Cstoreoffice FTP to Sage Intacct SFTP file uploading system

We are chain of retail operating at various part of United States.
We need a system that will overcome the system limitation of cross protocol communication.
This system will allow the sales and purchases report to be uploaded to SFTP without the need of API. The sales and purchases are extracted from Cstoreoffice back office system. The file is then mapped and uploaded to Sage Intacct SFTP system.
The file needs to be processed for errors and discrepancies and then uploaded to Sage Intacct system for import.
The project winner will work on all aspect of development to deployment and testing of the system.
