Create and deploy windows 10/11 custom images.

I would like someone to show me how to do this on my own:

-Create a windows 10/11 Pro image with all apps installed (Office, AV, VPN, Etc..)
- Deploy the image to systems that will be joining a domain
- Deployment could be either through a USB drive or network
-if possible insert own company logo at the login screen (optional)
