We are looking for reliable, long-term support to help us grow. Key tasks include:
Monitoring & incident handling (PRTG + PagerDuty)
Ticket processing (general & emergency support)
Software installations (Windows/Linux – also nights/weekends)
Optional chat and customer communication via VoIP
All customer communication goes exclusively through structured systems (ticketing, phone). Documentation via BookStack, infrastructure based on Hyper-V, RMM system in place.
We’re looking for a long-term partnership – with a flat monthly rate or fair usage-based pricing.
