Objective:

Set up Windows Hyper-V Server 2019 so it is fully ready to create and manage virtual machines.

Scope of Work:

Complete installation and configuration of Windows Hyper-V Server 2019.

Initial configuration via sconfig:

Rename the server

Set a static IP address

Enable Remote Management and RDP access

Apply latest updates

Verify and enable the Hyper-V role (if needed).

Create an External Virtual Switch for network access for VMs.

Prepare a dedicated folder for VM storage.

Create a PowerShell automation script to:

Add the Virtual Switch

Create a new VM (with virtual disk, memory, etc.)

Mount an ISO (example: Windows Server / Linux)

Ensure the server is ready for remote management via Hyper-V Manager.
