Configure OpenSSH on Windows Server 2019

I have a public RSA key, which I need to import and configure it for a user account on my Windows Server 2019 running OpenSSH to provide SFTP access.
Therefor I am looking for assistance via Teamviewer. Please don't apply to this project, if you probably need to search and google for details how to do this. I expect to complete this within 30 minutes.
The OpenSSH services is up and running. Username/password authentication was running, but I have disabled it, after I have created a key on my own for testing purposes. This is running as well.
I would be ready to start right now.
